For Chelsea, architecture is ultimately about people—understanding how they live, what they need, and how design can better support both. That perspective has led her toward affordable housing and sustainable design, two areas where architects have a real responsibility.
When thoughtful design is approached through an equity lens, it moves beyond aesthetics and becomes about creating homes and communities that are environmentally responsible and genuinely within reach for everyone.
That commitment to the environment doesn’t end outside the studio. The Rocky Mountains are Chelsea’s reset, whether she’s camping under the stars, skiing, or simply finding time to be outdoors. She also enjoys staying active in the city, often on a pickleball court or exploring Denver with friends. Staying connected to both nature and community keeps her grounded and reinforces why this work matters.
