Chris Russell, Morgan Daly and Jeff Dawson of STUDIO Architecture joined the Housing Catalyst team, Calcon Constructors and the rest of the project’s development partners on a perfect fall day in Fort Collins to celebrate the start of the Village on Impala project. The project will provide 62 new affordable units and renovate another 24 existing duplex units. Construction of the project is anticipated to be completed in early 2025.
