As you’ve probably seen on CNN or read in the New York Times, on February 1st STUDIO Architecture opened a second office at 3575 Ringsby Court in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood.
With Aldo Sebben at the helm, the new office has a staff of six and is located in Flight, the ninth phase of the TAXI campus. Flight’s building amenities include landscaped terraces, a recreation field, shared kitchens and lounges, indoor and outdoor common areas and an “artist-in-residence program.” (With Aldo around, better make that “two artists-in-residence program.”)
Jeff Dawson, STUDIO founder and principal, will remain in the Boulder office but he’s optimistic about the new Denver digs. “We’ve been doing more and more work in Denver, so it was just a natural progression that we open a second office in RiNo,” says Jeff. “I’m very excited about the opportunities that this will afford us and really look forward to seeing the excellent work the Denver team will generate.”
“I’ve lived in RiNo for 11-years so it’s great to be working here now,” says Aldo. “And it’ll be a big plus to be closer to our Denver clients and cultivate some new relationships. Overall I think this is a very positive step forward for STUDIO.”
