Working with TWG Development LLC, STUDIO is designing a new affordable housing development in south Fort Collins. Located on South Kechter Road, the development will add 54 income restricted homes that will remain permanently affordable. The City of Fort Collins sees the project as an investment for the Fort Collins community, selling the 5 acres for the development to TWG. The development will include a mix of duplex, triple, and fourplex buildings, each with a driveway and garage.
