Attention Homes, located in the heart of downtown Boulder, provides a safe, transitional, and affordable housing option for homeless youth. The facility is equipped with 40 units — each featuring its own bathroom and kitchenette — communal indoor and outdoor spaces, a large classroom, underground parking, and a restaurant largely employed by occupants. Having undergone extensive neighborhood outreach with meetings and discussions, Attention Homes aims to integrate the youth tenants into the Boulder Community in a safe yet meaningful way through their work and community engagement at the restaurant and other educational and professional opportunities.
