The Walnut contains 34 residential luxury condominium units on four floors. It’s designed around a central courtyard that provides each unit with multiple sides of glass and an ample supply of daylight and natural ventilation. It incorporates the partial re-use of an existing downtown office building. The project, designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, boasts the first Green Roof on a multifamily building in the city of Boulder.
