A healthcare developer hired STUDIO in 2016 to help design their new transitional rehabilitation centers for seniors. These new, single-story buildings are approximately 50,000 SF and include 60 private suites organized into four neighborhoods with central dining, extensive indoor and outdoor physical therapy spaces, and medical offices for the treatment of patients. Each building is a state-of-the-art, short-term skilled nursing environment focused on the best rehabilitation of its residents.
