REcenter is a state of the art, joint-use innovation hub located in East Boulder at 6400 Arapahoe Ave. and has started the process of updating! The project will include a cafe, loading dock, maker space, a small manufacturing incubator, community room, indoor and outdoor retail showrooms, recycling center and 10,000 SF of office and conference space for three non-profit organizations. The intent is to build this two-story structure and its accessory structures with reused and recycled materials and create buildings with net-zero energy use.
