Located in an up-and-coming area of West Colfax in Denver, Perry Street is an alteration of a three story apartment building built in 1930. Aesthetic, functional, utility and accessibility upgrades were implemented to all of the 21 units and supporting above-ground parking garage. One-bedroom and studio units were redesigned to increase the usability of the space and allow more natural light into the unit.
