STUDIO provided all architectural services for Palo Park, a new multi-family housing project built on a 3.2-acre site adjacent to the Four Mile Creek neighborhood and the Pleasant View Field Sports Complex in northwest Boulder.
This affordable housing neighborhood offers 35 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and town homes, playground, community gardens, in-unit washer and dryer, private patios and balconies, community WiFi and more.
The development received the 2019 CO and Mtn Plains NAHRO Housing Development Award.
