STUDIO has been asked to design a new 37,000 SF, 3-story mixed-use building.
The STUDIO-designed building will feature a 3,200 SF seafood market and restaurant, complete with indoor and outdoor seating. The building will also include an additional 3,500 SF of retail space.
The second floor will include ten apartments, and the third floor will include four luxury condo units with expansive rooftop decks that will capture stunning views of downtown Boulder and the Flatirons, in the two Pearl Street facing units.
