STUDIO completed a major remodel of this existing 162 unit student housing project in Boulder. In addition to the conversion of over 100 studio units to one bedroom units, our scope of work included major accessibility and cosmetic upgrades to the property’s amenity spaces including an indoor pool, leasing office, fitness room, club room, mail and restroom facilities.
