The illustrative site plan shows the concept that STUDIO developed based on Housing Catalyst’s program and community needs. As currently planned, the site will include townhouses, walk-up 2-3 story apartment buildings, a community center, play areas for families, and green space with community walking paths. STUDIO Architecture’s design aims to reflect the surrounding neighborhood and is thoughtfully integrated into the local context. The site plan includes 2-story structures along Impala Circle, S. Impala Drive, and W. Mulberry Street, with a 3-story building intentionally set back from the streets to aid in the transition between the existing single-family homes. HousingCatalyst will use LIHTCs to help fund this project
