This award-winning, 54-unit market rate senior apartment project is 110,000 SF and completed a new independent living campus on Golden West’s existing 3.5 acre campus. Jeff Dawson was responsible for the project’s design while a principal with OZ Architecture. Flatirons Terrace won the NAHB 50+ Silver Award for Best Multifamily Rental 50+ Market Rate Community.
