STUDIO Architecture is designing this new boutique, mixed-use building adjacent to the University of Colorado at Boulder. The building will have a clinic on the first floor to provide needed services to the university community, while the upper level will include thirteen student apartment units. The project includes below grade parking and a roof deck for residents to enjoy the beautiful views of the Flatirons. STUDIO’s team applied for both a site and use review this summer and anticipate that construction will begin in late 2022.
