Three new affordable for-rent multifamily buildings with 35 total units. Studios, 1-bed and 2-bed units. On-site amenities include a small clubhouse with a common laundry area, on-site property management/leasing office, secured tenant storage areas in each building, a covered bike storage building with maintenance tools, outdoor gathering and seating areas, bbq areas, and dog waste stations. The project is located just north of town and adjacent to bike lanes, bike paths, hiking trails, and a bus/transit stop. The buildings will be all-electric and ZERH certified through the use of robust building envelope insulation and sealing techniques, low U-value windows, and highly efficient HVAC and lighting systems.
