Cadmus

STUDIO Architecture was asked to design Cadmus’ new 9,500 SF office in Boulder. As a strategic and technical consulting group, Cadmus is dedicated to helping solve the worlds most challenging problems. To help with collaboration, STUDIO incorporated huddle rooms for groups of two to three people, open areas with soft seating for groups of four, and large conference rooms for groups of 8-13 people. One of the largest conference rooms was designed to be an executive board room, with state of the art AV capabilities. The design will be LEED Gold certified and incorporated occupancy light sensors, a VRF mechanical system, daylight harvesting and Egauge to monitor electrical savings.
