STUDIO Architecture’s conceptual design for this 30-story Broadway tower includes 125,000 square feet of office and retail space with an adjacent parking structure for unparalleled convenience below 350 luxurious apartments. The facade features a sophisticated blend of precast and metal panels with broad areas of glass that deliver a contemporary aesthetic to this area of Downtown Denver. The rooftop pool and deck create a residential oasis above the bustling city streets and provides breathtaking views of the Front Range and Downtown.
