Boulder OSMP Office

STUDIO designed the City of Boulder’s Open Space Mountain Parks (OSMP) new offices located at  2520 55th Street. The existing 29,441 SF office building features 138 workstations, conference rooms, community rooms, bike storage, locker rooms and a flexible lunch room that transforms into a training/community room for larger community events.

OSMP wanted STUDIO to create a space that “fosters a cultural shift to open collaboration and reflects the natural environment that OSMP seeks to preserve and protect.” So the space plan provides opportunities to educate and interact with the public, areas that maximize focus and encourages a collaborative culture. Social spaces such as the Kitchen/Lunch Room, Open Lobby Seating and the Large Conference Room feature aspen groves and grasses that bring natural elements indoors that will enhance user experience.
