Boulder Office Building

This new, Class A, 3-story office building will be located near downtown Boulder! The building takes advantage of an adjacent multipurpose pedestrian/bicycle path and has a large entry plaza in the southwest corner of the site.  Each upper level office floor will have an expansive covered outdoor balcony around the perimeter of the building to take advantage of the mild Colorado weather and excellent views of the Flatirons.
