Centrally located on a 0.58-acre parcel at 7th and Granite in Frisco, CO, the project will provide joint workforce housing for the Colorado Department of Transportation and the Town of Frisco.
As part of a larger effort to increase the number of full-time residents in the community, Granite Park will expand the diversity of housing options for the local workforce. The development will provide 22 units, with a mixture of studio, one-bed, and two-bedroom units.
The project aims to not only increase affordable housing in the community but also to serve as a building standard aligned with the Town of Frisco’s Climate Action Plan, as the Town progresses toward its goal of 100% renewable energy by 2035.
The project is currently under construction and aims to be completed in the Fall of 2024.
