STUDIO will work with Element Properties to alter 2865 and 2885 Wilderness from industrial office buildings into a “white box” core and shell.
Exterior upgrades to the building facades will include a new modern entry canopy for each building. Interior upgrades to the HVAC systems will increase energy efficiency and make the space adaptable to multiple types of tenants. Additional improvements will be made to make the building more accessible.
