This transformation of a historic fraternity house into luxury student housing was part of the ongoing revitalization of the University Hill District, adjacent to the University of Colorado campus. The conversion and expansion of the old Sigma Alpha Epsilon House was a finalist for a CGBG’s Green Building Award.
The end result is 13 luxury apartments with full kitchens, tile and plank floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and private exterior balconies. Community amenities include secure on-site bike storage, off-street parking, superb mountain views and a one block walk to campus.
