While demolition took place months ago, construction began mid-July at 1650 Canyon which, when completed, will be a three story office building on the site of the old Wells Fargo Bank at the corner of Canyon and 17th. STUDIO has ensured this design will reflect the character of downtown Boulder while incorporating a more contemporary style.
