STUDIO is excited to be teaming up with TWG Development to create Residences At Hoffman, an 85-unit senior apartment community that will be located in Aurora, CO.
Aldo and Chris, with support from the rest of the STUDIO team, will provide the design and architectural services for the project that is being greeted warmly by the community because of the great need in the area, especially for veterans.
Residences At Hoffman will be ideally located close to light rail and bus lines, as well as Anschutz Medical Campus. Residence amenities will include fitness center, in-unit laundry and more. There will be 66 one bedroom apartments and 19 two bedroom apartments.
Construction is slated to begin in Q1 of 2019.
