STUDIO was recently awarded a new project, and is currently designing an office building near downtown Boulder! Construction is scheduled to begin Summer/Fall of 2020. The project is roughly 50,000 SF and will have two stories of office space and one level of below grade parking. The design includes extensive covered balconies surrounding the perimeter to take advantage of the mountain views in downtown. The building will lay in the 100-year flood plain, and therefore will have substantial flood proofing. Anticipated exterior finishing materials include stone and brick! Permitting thus far has been done by BW-Right.
