Mineral Point Rising: Affordable Housing with a View

What a beautiful location to provide much needed affordable housing.  More than halfway through construction now, our Mineral Point project will be bringing 34 new affordable housing units to the Town of Crested Butte early in 2026.  As fall ends and winter starts to take hold, the project is dried in and ready for final sitework and interior finishes.  We are so grateful to be a part of this project and to be able to continue to bring housing opportunities to people and families in need in the midst of a housing crisis.
