On January 25th, STUDIO’s Jeff Dawson and Chris Russell attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Residences at Hoffman located at 1348 Xanadu Strett in Aurora.
Residences at Hoffman will be a much-needed affordable housing project that will provide 85 apartments for seniors 55-over earning 60% of the AMI and below. Many of the residents will be military veterans so Hoffman’s close proximity to Anshutz Medical Campus will be a very attractive housing option.
Amenities will include a fitness area, community garden, dog park, walking paths, bike and ski storage and a large common area for events and private parties.
