Building Affordable Multi-Family Homes in our Community
The Palo Park Townhomes are well on their way to providing nine 100% permanently affordable, for-sale homes for the North Boulder community. Located in the beautiful Palo Park neighborhood, this project consists of three new townhome buildings, each providing three two-story townhomes. These nine townhomes represent the final phase of the affordable housing neighborhood at Palo Park designed by STUDIO Architecture and will join the recently completed for-rent affordable apartment buildings owned by Boulder Housing Partners. The first of the three townhome buildings will be completed in early Spring, and the other two are not far behind. STUDIO is thrilled with the progress so far!
