After identifying the opportunity to add 3,000 SF of rentable office space to the existing 2945 and 2995 Center Green Court buildings in 2019, STUDIO is thrilled to announce that the renovation and addition are complete!
During the project, we worked closely with our clients to uncover value in their existing assets to maximize their return on commercial real estate investments. Our redesign helped to make the building more accessible and added a two-story curtain wall on the east façade, modernizing the building’s aesthetic and increasing natural light into the office spaces. We also designed a 1,500 SF west-facing balcony on the second floor that provides tenants with an outdoor gathering and meeting space with fantastic views of the Flatirons.
Center Green Court emphasizes our passion for and strength in merging work spaces with the outdoors, which allows tenants to take advantage of the beautiful views and weather that Colorado has to offer. At STUDIO, we understand the work-play lifestyle and strive to create productive, yet comfortable and healthy workspaces for our clients. These hybrid indoor-outdoor spaces are a great model for flex office spaces, especially as we consider how office spaces will evolve during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
