In last night’s meeting, the Broomfield City Council voted 8-2 in favor of our Flatirons Habitat for Humanity project.
Planned to be built on the grounds of Discovery Church at the corner of 144th Ave. and Zuni in Broomfield, the project will consist of 12 permanently affordable townhome units in four triplex buildings. There will be 10, two-story, three-bedroom units and two, one-story, two-bedroom units. Carports and surface parking will be added to support the needs of the residents, along with other features to be developed in the process.
STUDIO Architecture is providing all architectural services for the project and construction is slated to begin late-2019/early-2020.
