Recent drone footage was posted of the Flatirons Habitat for Humanity Palo Park Community. STUDIO provided all architectural services for the new multi-family housing project built on a 3.2-acre site adjacent to the Four Mile Creek neighborhood and the Pleasant View Field Sports Complex in northwest Boulder.
The affordable housing neighborhood features one, two and three-bedroom apartments and town homes, playground, community gardens, in-unit washer and dryer, private patios and balconies. It was completed back in May 2018. New residents say that Palo Park “is a chance for Boulder to become home again.”
