STUDIO Architecture has been selected and is currently designing a new three-story office building that will be located in East Boulder! This new, Class A, 31,800 SF building will feature generous roof balconies on multiple sides of the building with amazing Flatirons views from the upper levels. It is planned to offer 80 covered surface parking spaces, a two-story lobby and a south facing entry courtyard for the enjoyment of tenants and guests. Construction is anticipated to start in the Summer of 2020.
