On May 2nd, the 17th Annual NAIOP Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge, presented by Land Title Guarantee Company, occurred at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Denver where graduate student teams from the University of Colorado and University of Denver presented their development plans for The Denver Shops site at 5151 Bannock.
STUDIO Architecture teamed up with one CU student team to help them create their redevelopment proposal entitled “Motive.” Spanning ten new and existing structures, the project consisted of 1,010,250 square feet of industrial, flex, office, and amenity spaces. The total project’s projected cost was $211M.
